Richard St. Paul, Esq. is a former elected official and a prominent New York State-based attorney with a specialty in business and contractual law. As an experienced political negotiator,
he is often called on by both democrats and republicans for campaign consulting and high-level advisement.

St. Paul leads Urban Tusk’s team of skilled consultants including, intergovernmental specialists, accountants, business managers, communications experts, grant writers, and more.

RICHARD ST. PAUL

Richard St. Paul was elected to the New Rochelle City Council in November of 2007. He served as Councilman until Jan. 1, 2012. From 2009-2010 Councilman St. Paul was appointed by his Council colleagues to serve as Deputy Mayor of the City of New Rochelle. Richard has worked in the White House under the Clinton Administration, on Capitol Hill in the Office of Congressman Chaka Fattah and in the Office of Governor of Pennsylvania, Tom Ridge and as an Advisor to Westchester County Executive Rob Astorino,

Mr. St. Paul has worked on a variety of political campaigns throughout the Country including, Richard Hoffman for Congress, Tony Payton, Jr. for (PA) State Assembly, Liz Feld for NY State Senate, Bush/Cheney 2004, West Virginia Legal Director, and Pirro for Senate among others.

Furthermore, he has served as Senior Counsel and Governmental Affairs Director to the New York State Senate Majority Leader (2009-2010). In addition, Mr. St.Paul has served his country for eight years as part of the United States Army Reserve, Judge Advocate General (JAG) Legal Service Organization and the Army Corp of Engineers. (2000-2008).
